What we do for you?

Any list of our services will be incomplete, because there will always be a customer with a particular situation requiring a new service, and there will always be new technology available to provide new services. Here is a broad view of our capabilities:

Contingency search and selection

The "meat and potatoes" of the recruitment industry. For the "search" part, the mechanics are the same - we will use our paid subscriptions to job boards, social media such as LinkedIn and Xing for proactive sourcing, our extensive network (which is counted in the millions on LinkedIn), our well-established database of active candidates,, and appropriately placed, creative, and attractive job advertisements.

For the "selection" part, we have a different mindset - we look for reasons to speak to candidates, rather than reasons not to. Because of this, we actively engage with more candidates on your behalf than other agencies, giving you access to a much broader candidate base which will both increase the quality level of our eventual candidate submissions, and also potentially help with DEI.

Retained search

For some positions of a more senior, harder-to-find, or more sensitive nature (eg replacing someone still in situ or headhunting someone from a direct competitor), a retained search is the most appropriate solution. We will charge you a proportion of the expected placement fee upon commencement of assignment.

This advance payment (retainer) then allows us to appoint one (or more) of our team of consultant to work on the assignment exclusively and full-time until we have supplied a short-list of the candidates (minimum) that you wish to interview.

As a client we keep you involved from the start and throughout the process. We give you tools and time for updates, and we respond very quickly to enquiries. Also, we embrace change and appreciate that sometimes it's only after seeing a few CVs that what you really want becomes clearer to you.

We never forget that the candidates we generate for YOUR assignment are YOUR candidates, even if we decide not to submit them. So only by giving candidates an outstanding experience from first to last contact are we able to protect your employer brand, to which we are absolutely committed.

So from our initial candidate screening interviews, our AI recordings we submit with the CV will give you confidence that we are presenting your company and your offering exactly as you would like them presented - in fact, as you would present them yourself.


Our ongoing communication with candidates throughout the entire process gives them clarity as to their progress and the next steps. If they've been rejected, they will know that as soon as we do - and know why (as long as we know). The 4 'C's apply to candidates as well as clients.

Use of Artificial Intelligence

AI Applicant Tracking

Our state-of-the-art Applicant Tracking System provides a suitability guide on all candidate applications which is AI-generated. While we do not rely on this religiously, we can use it as an indicator as to which candidates to contact first when we have received a large number of direct applicants.

AI Interview Recording

Our AI interview recording tool is also cutting-edge, and bespoke for the recruitment industry. We supply a link to every candidate recording with every CV submission (with the candidate's recorded permission for GDPR). We will also ask your hiring manager to give us a set of technical questions to ask (or we can get our AI to do that for you).

AI Psychometric Assessments

We also use AI tools to generate a behavioural psychometric assessment, bespoke for each job specification. When you invite a shortlisted candidate for interview, we will automatically send that candidate the assessment for completion as part of the hiring process, and forward the results (plus scorecard) to you.

However, AI has certainly given us the possibilities to do our jobs better. As natural-born innovators, we're using AI at key points in the process to enhance our service and provide better client and candidate experience.

In that way your hiring managers can make interview requests based on answers to realtime situations, and potentially cut a stage from your process. Those recordings also give you reassurance that we are presenting your opportunities as you would want us to present them, since our presentation is also recorded. As are candidates' salary requirements and location situations.
