Design & Manufacturing Engineering Hiring
(contract and permanent)
We can hire engineers from Architects to Test Engineers at all stages of your hardware and software design cycle. Whether your company’s products are at chip, board, or system level (or all three!), we have a network of engineers who can boost your team’s bandwidth and bring fresh ideas and experience. We can supply engineers from the junior level to the CTO/VP level, and our speciality is in hard-to-find niches. Our range is across EMEA (and into North America and AsiaPac for field-based roles such as FAE and Sales & Marketing).
Our expertise in manufacturing and working with fabs means we can find the engineers to ensure your products reach your customers as efficiently as possible.
Off-Shore / Near-Shore Teams
Should you require engaging with an offshore or near-shore design team, we can either introduce you to one we’ve assessed and approved with our due diligence or build such a team ourselves bespoke to your requirements and supply you with those services on a consultancy basis.
Our unique selling point is that we can provide you with agile training and support for your teams and managers so that they can more efficiently work with offshore teams (and remote engineers).

We mean “consultancy” in the true meaning of the word! We can support you with your employer branding/EVP, diversity processes, sourcing strategies, and embed ourselves into your recruitment/TA team.

We are expert recruiters for the electronics and semiconductor industries. We understand our clients’ requirements and your skillset on a technical level, and our knowledge of the European market means that we can put you in touch with companies where your skills and experience will be most valued and can allow you to grow and progress as you want.
It’s worth noting that we are especially open to a candidate from outside the UK and EU approaching us. Many of our clients welcome applications from highly-skilled and experienced engineers from different locations and are prepared to sponsor a visa for the best candidates. Always of interest are semiconductor engineers with Analog, Analog/Mixed-Signal, and RFIC front-end design experience of 8 years or more and applicants with a PhD from a European or American academic institution.
